Originally from Bundaberg, Chris moved to Brisbane to attend University and completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland in 1998. He chose to go straight into private practice after graduating and began working at a busy clinic in Redcliffe which serviced The Redcliffe Dolphins and both the Redcliffe Hospital and Peninsula Private Hospital.
After taking on an ownership role, Chris moved away from the hospital system to focus on sports and general physio, as well as orthopaedic rehabilitation. Since then he has looked for more professional challenges and completed post-graduate training in almost all areas of physio including ergonomics, headache management, TMJ dysfunction, dry needling, GLA:D osteoarthritis management and vertigo.
He is driven to provide a personal, hands-on service to clients. It is an ethos that he demands from all the staff, and this will always be something that defines the Body Plus Physio practice.
